Kirsten Reid, MA RCC is a certified clinical counsellor who believes that all people possess the strength to push through even the most difficult times, learn from their past experiences, and reach a positive state of flourishing. She works out of a studio on the North Shore of Vancouver, and also lives in the area. The natural beauty of the mountains, beach, sea and forests in this part of British Columbia are a huge inspiration to her and were used as a base point of her brand identity.
